We're still in the middle of our Oslo's dental procedure but we've had such a great experience so far. We submitted an appointment request today online when we noticed his face swell up and not get better last night. We requested a later appointment but they saw our notes about his symptoms and they called us right away because they were concerned. We REALLY appreciated that they took what we wrote seriously and knew he should come in much sooner, so we brought him in right away. He ended up needing some emergency dental work because of a tooth infection and they were able to fit him in same day so he didn't need to be in pain any longer than necessary. It's exactly what I would hope for from a vet who cares. Cost is always a concern for us, and we also felt the price was very reasonable considering how quickly they got him in and all the things he also needed, we felt like we could do it all in one go (blood tests, flea/heartworm, expression, nail trim, etc). After calling several veterinary clinics for pricing, EPIC Pet Center responded with clear information about their current dental special. We made an appointment for the initial consultation and was very impressed with the professional at this practice. Dr. Gohar examined Ruby and clearly explained her observations and recommendations. We scheduled Ruby’s procedure and everything went very smoothly. The entire staff is kind, polite, and welcoming.
